Title: Lemon Herb Broiled Chicken

Yield: 6 Servings
1/4 | c | Butter; melted |
1/4 | c | Lemon juice |
1 | ts | Dried marjoram |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 | 4 pound frying chicken; cut in 8 pieces |
1. Heat broiler. In 1 quart saucepan stir together all ingredients except chicken.
2. Place chicken on greased broiler pan; brush chicken with butter mixture. Broil 6-8 inches from heat, turning and basting with sauce every 10 minutes, until chicken is fork tender (30-35 minutes),
3. Meanwhile, cook remaining sauce over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a full boil (2 to 3 minutes). Just before serving, spoon sauce over chicken.
