1 | lb | Spicy pork sausage |
6 | Eggs | |
2 | c | Milk |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | ts | Mustard |
4 | sl | Bread; cubed |
1 | cn | Grated sharp cheddar cheese |
Saute sausage; drain. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and mustard. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese. Pour egg mixture on top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until center isset.
