Title: Raspberry Cream-Cheese Bars

1 | c | Butter; softened |
1 | Raspberry cake mix | |
1 | pk | (8 oz.) cream cheese |
1 | 1-pound box confectioner's sugar | |
3 | Eggs | |
Red food coloring |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In 1 bowl mix butter and cake mix, blending well. Press mixture into 9x13 inch greased pan.
In another bowl cream together cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and eggs. Blend until creamy. Check bottom of bowl to get all lumps blended in thoroughly. Mix in 3-5 drops red food coloring. Pour over cake mix. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees. Bake for 35 minutes or until light brown on top. Cool completely, cut and enjoy. Makes 48.
