Title: Shrimp or Crabmeat Mousse

Yield: 6 Servings

1pk(3-oz) lemon gelatin
1cBoiling water
2cCrabmeat or shrimp or 1 cup of each
1/2cChopped celery
1 1/2tbChopped green bell pepper;, optional
1/2tsSalt
1 1/2tbPrepared horseradish
1 1/2tbChopped scallions
1dsCayenne pepper
1/2cMayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2cCream;, whipped
  Salad greens

Dissolve lemon gelatin in boiling water. When partially congealed add all ingredients except salad greens and blend. Pour into mold. When firm, unmold on salad greens. Serve with asparagus spears or green peas and heated rolls. Serves 4-6. Posted by Ethel Snyder Date: August 08, 1997
