Title: Charthouse Bleu Cheese Dressing

Yield: 6 Servings
3/4 | c | Sour cream |
1/2 | ts | Dry mustard |
1/2 | ts | Black pepper |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/3 | ts | Garlic powder |
1 | ts | Worcestershire sauce |
1 1/3 | c | Mayonnaise |
4 | oz | Danish bleu cheese |
Place in a large mixing bowl; sour cream, dry mustard, pepper, salt, garlic powder, worcestershire sauce; blend 2 minutes at low speed. Add mayonnaise and blend 1/2 minute at low speed. Then blend 2 minutes at medium speed. Add crumbled bleu cheese and blend at low speed no longer than 4 minutes. Store in covered container in the refrigerator.
Serving Ideas : Must sit 24 hours, refrigerated before using!
