Title: Honey Plum Sauce

Yield: 1 Servings

2cPlums pitted; chopped
1/2cHoney
1/4cLemon juice
2tbOnion; minced
1tsGated lemon zest
1/2tsFresh ginger root
1/4tsSalt
1/4tsGround cloves
1/4tsAllspice
  Salt and pepper; to taste

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until plums are completely cooked. Puree mixture in a blender or food processor. Taste and adjust sweetness, adding more honey if necessary. Return to saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes.
