Title: Emeril's Creole Seasoning (Bayou Blast)

Yield: 1 Servings
2 1/2 | tb | Paprika |
2 | tb | Salt |
2 | tb | Garlic powder |
1 | tb | Black pepper |
1 | tb | Onion powder |
1 | tb | Cayenne pepper |
1 | tb | Dried oregano |
1 | tb | Dried thyme |
Combine all ingredients throroughly. Yield: 2/3 cup.
From Pam: I put this through my little food processor--no chunks to chop up but I feel it blends it better. Also--what I've found with this particular recipe is that there isn't as much salt, so you can "BAM" a lot, get a lot of flavor without it being too salty.
