Title: Honey-Lavender Biscotti

2 1/4cAll-purpose flour; unbleached
1tsBaking powder
1/2tsBaking soda
1/4tsSalt
2/3cSugar
1/2tsVanilla extract
3tbStrong honey
2tbMinced zest from 1 orange
1tbDried lavender blossoms; optional

1. Sift first 4 ingredients together in a small bowl. 2. Whisk sugar and eggs in a large bowl to a lightly lemon color; sitr in next 3 (or 4) ingredients. Sift dry ingredients over egg mixture, then fold in until dough is just combined. 3. Follow steps 3 and 4 in Lemon-Anise Biscotti recipe.
