1 | c | Ripe olives |
1 1/2 | lb | Hamburger |
1 | c | Rice |
1/3 | c | Celery; chopped |
1/3 | c | Bell pepper |
3/4 | c | Onion |
1 | cn | Tomatoes; 1 lb. 12 oz |
2 | ts | Salt |
1 | ts | Chili powder |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
1/2 | ts | Worcestershire sauce |
Monterey jack cheese * |
Brown beef add celery, onion, and bell pepper add remaining ingredients except rice and cheese. Put rice in casserole dish, top with meat mixture cover and bake 350* 45 min. Put cheese on top and bake 15 min. This freezes well
*could use cheddar cheese
