Title: Spicy Dipping Sauce

Yield: 30 Servings
3/4 | c | Nonfat cottage cheese |
1/4 | c | Nonfat mayonnaise |
1 1/2 | ts | Prepared horseradish |
1 | ts | Cayenne pepper |
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste |
In a blender, blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
Transfer the cottage cheese to a bowl and add the mayonnaise, horseradish and cayenne. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well. Serve at room temperature or cover and refrigerate. Bring to room temperature before serving.
