Title: Whitefish Salad

4 | Stalks celery; peeled and diced | |
2 | tb | Lemon juice |
3 | tb | Lowfat mayonnaise |
3 | tb | Non-fat sour cream |
1 | Smoked whitefish to yield 2 cups fish, bones removed | |
White pepper; to taste |
Combne all ingredients except fish and pepper. Add fish. Add pepper to taste.
