2 | Garlic cloves;, minced | |
16 | oz | Sliced mushrooms |
1 | cn | (28oz.) plum tomatoes |
1 | ts | Sugar |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
** pasta ** | ||
1 | lb | Penne or other pasta |
Brown sausage with garlic over medium-high heat. Increase heat to high and
add mushrooms and cook until browned. Stir in tomatoes, sugar and salt.
