Title: German Cucumber Salad

Yield: 6 Servings
2 | md | Cucumber; sliced thin |
4 | Green onions; sliced thin | |
3 | sm | Tomatoes; sliced |
2 | tb | Fresh parsley; snipped -dressing-- |
1/4 | c | Sour cream |
1/4 | ts | Prepared mustard |
2 | tb | Fresh dill; minced |
1 | tb | Vinegar |
1 | tb | Milk |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/8 | ts | Pepper |
In a bowl, combine all salad ingredients. Combine dressing ingredients; pour over cucumber mixture and toss gently. Cover and chill for at least an hour. Makes 4 to 6 servings. Note: This recipe came from a man who ran his own inn in Germany. It's a very cool, light salad with an exhilarating taste that's delicious any time of the year. Very good and refreshing salad.
