Title: Lobster-Shrimp Chowder

Yield: 8 Servings

1/4cChopped celery
2tbOnion; finely chopped
2tbButter
1cnCondensed cream of shrimp soup, undiluted
1cnCream of mushroom soup; undiluted
1 Soup can milk
1cHalf and half
1 5 oz. can lobster
1/4cDry sherry
1tbSnipped parsley

Cook celery and onion in butter until tender. Add soups, milk, and cream. Stir in lobster, sherry, and parsley. Heat until very hot. Do not boil.

Serves 8
