Title: Lobster-Shrimp Chowder

Yield: 8 Servings
1/4 | c | Chopped celery |
2 | tb | Onion; finely chopped |
2 | tb | Butter |
1 | cn | Condensed cream of shrimp soup, undiluted |
1 | cn | Cream of mushroom soup; undiluted |
1 | Soup can milk | |
1 | c | Half and half |
1 | 5 oz. can lobster | |
1/4 | c | Dry sherry |
1 | tb | Snipped parsley |
Cook celery and onion in butter until tender. Add soups, milk, and cream. Stir in lobster, sherry, and parsley. Heat until very hot. Do not boil.
Serves 8
