1 | Cauliflower; broken into | |
; flowerets | ||
3 | tb | Olive oil |
1 | Clove garlic; minced | |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | c | Tomato juice |
1 | ts | Chopped parsley |
2 | tb | Grated parmesan cheese |
Heat pressure cookler. Add oil; saute garlic and cauliflowerts. Add salt and tomato juice. Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe. Cook for 2 minutes.
