Title: Passover Brownie *
Categories: Dessert Cookie Passover
Yield: 9 Servings
1/4 | c | Cocoa |
1 | c | Sugar |
1/2 | c | Oil |
1/2 | c | Cake meal |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | c | Chocolate chips |
2 | Eggs | |
1/2 | c | Nuts; (optional) |
1. B | eat | eggs and sugar together. |
2. B | lend | in cocoa, oil and salt. |
3. Gradually mix in cake meal, nuts and chips.
Bake in 8" square pan at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
* Can be doubled and baked in 11" x 15" pan.
