Title: Creamy Chilled Fruit Soup

16 | oz | Vanilla low-fat yogurt (2 8-oz cartons) |
2 | c | Unsweetened peach slices frozen |
1 | c | Unsweetened strawberries frozen whole |
ds | Nutmeg | |
1/3 | c | Orange juice |
Fresh strawberries; sliced (optional) |
In a blender container or food processor bowl combine one carton of yogurt, peaches, strawberries, and nutmeg. Cover and blend or process till smooth. Pour mixture into a bowl. Stir in remaining yogurt and orange juice. Mix well. Garnish with sliced strawberries, if desired.
