Title: Fresh Peach Sorbet

4	c	Chopped peeled peaches; (2-1/2 pounds)
3/4	c	Sugar
1/2	c	Sauternes or other sweet white wine

Place peaches and sugar in a food processor. Add wine, and process until smooth.
