Title: Fresh Peach Sorbet

4 | c | Chopped peeled peaches; (2-1/2 pounds) |
3/4 | c | Sugar |
1/2 | c | Sauternes or other sweet white wine |
Place peaches and sugar in a food processor. Add wine, and process until smooth.
