Title: Lemonade Bar Cookies

CRUST | ||
1 1/2 | c | Self-rising flour |
3/4 | c | Quick Oats oatmeal |
1 | c | Promise ultra fat-free |
Margarine | ||
1/2 | c | Powdered sugar |
TOPPING | ||
4 | Egg Beaters (1 cup) | |
2 | c | Sugar |
1 | cn | Lemonade (undiluted) 6 oz. |
1/2 | c | Flour |
1/2 | ts | Baking powder |
1 or 2 Tbs. powdered sugar | ||
For dusting after baking |
Blend crust ingredients. Pat into a 9 x 13-inch pan that has been sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 20 minutes. Beat together topping ingredients. Pour onto crust. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 20-30 minutes. Cool and cut into bars. Dust with powdered sugar.
Note: You can use regular sugar or powdered sugar for the topping in this recipe. The bars are more fluffy when using powdered sugar. If you want more of a lemon chess pie taste, use regular sugar in the topping.
