Title: Curried Fruited Chicken Salad

3 | lb | Chicken; roasted or poached skin removed; meat cut in bite s |
1/2 | c | Celery; minced |
1/2 | c | Red onions; minced |
1/2 | c | Raisins |
3/4 | c | Seedless grapes |
1/3 | c | Walnuts; toasted for 5-7 Minutes @ 375~ |
1 | Red delicious apples; peel on, core out; bite size pcs DRESS | |
1/2 | c | Mayonnaise |
1/4 | c | Sour cream |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | tb | Curry powder |
1/2 | ts | Cinnamon |
Whisk ingredients together, taste and adjust seasoning to your liking. Depending on how much meat there is on your chicken, you may need a bit more or less of the dressing.
Combine all of the salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss to evenly distribute. Pour dressing on the salad and toss to coat evenly. Serve.
