1	c	Soy sauce
1	c	Worchestershire sauce
2	tb	Dried onion
1	c	Water
1	ts	Garlic salt or powder
1/2	ts	Cornstarch
1/2	ts	Sugar
1	tb	Balsamic vinegar
1	ts	Lemon pepper

Combine all ingredients; pour over meat to cover at least 1/8 inch all around at least three hours before grilling.
