Title: Fried Red Pepper Dipping Sauce

10 | Ancho peppers, pre-soaked | |
1/2 | c | Cooking oil |
1 | md | Onion, chopped |
1 | cn | Tomato paste, 8oz. |
1 | ts | Salt |
Soak the ancho peppers in warm water until soft, then grind them into a paste. Heat the oil in a frying pan, adding the chopped onion, the ground peppers, tomato paste and salt. Fry for about 1 minute.
