Title: Baby Vidalia Onion Pie

Yield: 6 Servings
2 | lb | Baby Vidalia onions; thinly sliced |
1 | Stick butter | |
3 | Eggs; well-beaten | |
1 | c | Sour cream |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | White pepper |
1/4 | ts | Tabasco |
1 | Pastry shell; unbaked | |
x | Grated Parmesan cheese |
Saute onions in butter. Combine eggs and sour cream. Add to onion mixture.
Season mixture and pour in pastry shell. Top with cheese. Bake at 450~ for
20 minutes, then at 325~ for 20 minutes or until cheese melts. Source:
