2	c	White sugar
3	c	Oatmeal
1/4	lb	Butter/margarine
1/2	c	Peanut butter
3	tb	Cocoa
1	ts	Vanilla
1/2	c	Milk

Combine sugar, butter, cocoa and milk over medium heat. Bring to a boil. (let it boil a minute or so while stirring) Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter (smooth or crunchy).
