Title: Emilie's Pork Medalions Chinese Style

6 | | Pork medallions trimmed of |
| | All fat |
1 | ts | Dry mustard |
1 | tb | Sugar |
2 | tb | Honey or applesauce |
2 | tb | Oil |
3/4 | c | Soy sauce |
1/4 | c | Dry sherry, or madera |
1 | tb | Grated fresh gingeroot |
1 | lg | Clove garlic crushed |
Blend all ingredients but pork and bring to slow boil . Let simmer to blend
flavors for about 1/2 hour stirring to prevent sticking. Saute pork
medallions in 1 t oil or in pan coated with pan spray. When pork is cooked
