Title: Chocolate Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Pie

1 1/4 | c | Finely crushed crisp chocolate chip cookies |
(about 14 cookies) 2 Tablespoons margarine or butter, melted FILLING: 1/4 cup powdered sugar 3/4 cup peanut butter 6 cups chocolate frozen yogurt, softened 1/2 cup chocolate fudge ice cream topping 1/2 cup candy-coated, chocolate covered peanut butter pieces 1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped, if desired In medium bowl, combine crust ingredients; mix well. Press crumbs in 9 inch pie pan. Freeze 20 minutes or until cold. In medium bowl, combine powdered sugar and peanut butter; blend well. Spread evenly over bottom of crust. Spoon and spread frozen yogurt over peanut butter mixture. Cover, freeze until firm, at least 4 hours or overnight. Spread fudge topping over frozen yogurt. Sprinkle with candy pieces. Before serving, let stand 10 minutes at room temperature. Spoon or pipe whipped cream around edge of pie. Cut pie into wedges. Store any remaining pie in freezer. 8 to 10 servings.
