Title: Herman Pancakes

1 | c | "Herman" starter |
1 | c | Flour |
2 1/4 | ts | Baking powder |
1/4 | ts | Baking soda |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1 | | Egg |
2 | tb | Oil |
1/2 | c | Milk (or more for thinner) |
Mix well all ingredients. (Up to 3/4 c milk depending on desired
thickness). Using scant 1/4 cup batter per pancake, bake on well- greased,
preheated griddle or skillet about 3 minutes or until tops are bubbly and
edges brown. Turn; bake other side about 3 minutes or until golden. Makes
