450 | g | Okra (ladies fingers) |

2 | lg | Onions |
1 | ts | Salt |
Wash the okra and pat dry with absorbent paper. Cut into 1 cm pieces. Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat and fry onions till soft. Add the okra and salt, and stirring gently, continue frying until the okra is cooked, about 10-12 minutes. Compiled by: I. Chaudhary Gold Coast, 'Oz
