Title: Quick Rich Chocolate Fudge

Yield: 4 1/2 lbs
2 | c | 12 oz package Mini chocolate |
Chips | ||
7 | oz | Hersheys chocolate bar |
Broken in pieces | ||
1 2/3 | c | (13 ounce can) evaporated |
Milk | ||
4 | c | Sugar |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
1 2/3 | c | (7oz jar) Marshmallow creme |
1 | tb | Butter or margarine |
1 2/3 | c | Chopped pecans or walnuts |
Combine chips, and hershey bar in a large bowl. Set aside.
Combine evaporated milk, marshmallow creme, sugar and butter in a heavy 4 qt saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full rolling boil (even bubbles all over the top). Boil and stir for 8 minutes.
Remove from heat, immediately add to chocolate in mixing bowl, beating until completely melted. Blend in vanilla and nuts. Pour mixture into a buttered 9 inch square or 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Cool.
