Title: Chocolate Chip Cookies (Pudding Mix)

2 1/4	c	Unsifted flour
1	ts	Baking soda
1	c	Margarine, softened
1/4	c	Granulated sugar
3/4	c	Brown sugar, packed
1	ts	Vanilla
1	pk	(4 serving) Vanilla Instant
		Pudding Mix
2		Eggs
1	pk	(12-oz) Semi-Sweet Chocolate
		Chips
1	c	Chopped nuts (optional)

Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, the sugars, vanilla, and pudding mix in a large mixing bowl; beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture; then stir in chips and nuts. Drop by rounded measuring teaspoons, about 2" apart, onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

For Chocolate Chocolate-Chip Cookies, use Chocolate flavored instant pudding mix rather than Vanilla. By "Carey W. Starzinger" on Jul 10, 1997
