Title: Chocolate Chip Cookies (Pudding Mix)

2 1/4 | c | Unsifted flour |
1 | ts | Baking soda |
1 | c | Margarine, softened |
1/4 | c | Granulated sugar |
3/4 | c | Brown sugar, packed |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
1 | pk | (4 serving) Vanilla Instant |
Pudding Mix | ||
2 | Eggs | |
1 | pk | (12-oz) Semi-Sweet Chocolate |
Chips | ||
1 | c | Chopped nuts (optional) |
Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, the sugars, vanilla, and pudding mix in a large mixing bowl; beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture; then stir in chips and nuts. Drop by rounded measuring teaspoons, about 2" apart, onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
For Chocolate Chocolate-Chip Cookies, use Chocolate flavored instant
