| | Uncooked |
12 | oz | Imitation crabmeat; torn |
| | Into bite size pieces |
8 | | Cherry tomatoes; halved |
1 | sm | Onion; halved; sliced |
1 | c | Cheddar cheese strips; thinly sliced |
1/2 | c | Celery; sliced |
3/4 | c | Bottled Italian dressing |
1/4 | c | Mayonnaise |
Prepare Creamette Rainbow Rotini according to package directions; drain.
Combine rotini and next five ingredients; blend together Italian dressing
and mayonnaise. Toss dressing with salad mixture. Serve immediately, or
cover and chill. Refrigerate leftovers. 4 to 6 servings. Source Abilene
