Title: Four Berry Salad

2 | c | Blackberries |
2 | c | Blueberries |
2 | c | Raspberries |
2 | c | Strawberries |
8 | oz | Vanilla low-fat yogurt |
1/2 | c | Nonfat sour cream |
2 | tb | Cream sherry |
2 | tb | Lemon juice |
1 1/2 | tb | Honey |
3 | tb | Slivered almonds, toasted |
Place berries in a large bowl; toss gently to combine. Combine yogurt and next 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well.
Spoon berry mixture evenly into each of 8 individual serving bowls. Top
each serving evenly with yogurt mixture, and sprinkle evenly with toasted
