Title: Mexican Patties

1 | lb | Ground beef |
1 | c | Pretzel crumbs |
1/2 | c | Chopped onion |
4 | oz | Can green chiles deseeded and chopped |
2 | tb | Chorizo sausage, chopped |
1 | tb | Chili seasoning |
2 | Cloves garlic, crushed | |
8 | oz | Monterey Jack Cheese |
2 | Green peppers |
Preheat oven to 375F. Combine all ingredients, except cheese and the 2 green peppers, in a medium bowl until well blended. Make 10 meatballs with a 1 inch cube of Jack cheese in the center of each. Cut peppers into quarters and remove seeds. Place meatballs into the center of each pepper and bake 20-30 minutes.
Serves 4-6.
