Title: Turkey Patties in Wine Sauce

1/4 | c | Chopped onion |
1 | ts | Margarine |
1/2 | lb | Ground turkey |
1/2 | Egg | |
1/4 | c | Bread crumbs |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Italian herb blend |
1/4 | c | Dry red wine |
1/8 | ts | Pepper |
Saute the chopped onion in margarine in a large frying pan. Combine sauteed onion with turkey, egg, salt, and herbs. Shape turkey mixture into 2 patties. Broil 3-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. While patties are cooking, add wine, and pepper to frying pan. Simmer gently and serve sauce over patties. 4 Servings
