Title: Tangy Chicken Salad

1 | c | Pineapple, chunks, drained |
2 | c | Chicken or turkey, chopped |
3/4 | c | Grapes, red, halved |
1/2 | c | Celery, sliced |
1/2 | c | Yogurt, plain |
1/2 | ts | Curry powder |
1/3 | c | Oats, uncooked |
1/3 | c | Peanuts, dry roasted |
Stir curry into yogurt and add all ingredients except oats and peanuts. Add those immediately before serving and mix. Makes 4 servings at 275 calories each.
