Title: Tangy Chicken Salad

Yield: 4 Servings

1cPineapple, chunks, drained
2cChicken or turkey, chopped
3/4cGrapes, red, halved
1/2cCelery, sliced
1/2cYogurt, plain
1/2tsCurry powder
1/3cOats, uncooked
1/3cPeanuts, dry roasted

Stir curry into yogurt and add all ingredients except oats and peanuts. Add those immediately before serving and mix. Makes 4 servings at 275 calories each.
