Title: Szechuan Stir Fry

Yield: 2 Servings
1/2 | lb | Steak, sliced in thin strips |
Rice | ||
SAUCE | ||
1/4 | c | Soy sauce |
1/4 | c | Sliced green onions |
2 | tb | Canola oil |
2 | tb | Cooking sherry |
2 | ts | McCormick Szechuan Seasoning |
1/2 | ts | Garlic powder |
Combine sauce ingredients & set aside.
Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray & stir fry meat until no longer pink. Drain juices. Add sauce to skillet. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer a few minutes.
Serve over rice.

Notes from the Chef: "This was Saturday's experiment. It was pretty good! I adapted the sauce from a marinade, and as a result, the spices were a little too overpowering, but I think I've accounted for that in the quantities shown here. It was easy to make & quite good." - Lisa
