Title: Garlic Ginger Pork Stir-Fry

Yield: 4 Servings
1 | tb | Cornstarch |
1 | c | Orange juice |
2 | tb | Soy sauce |
1/2 | ts | Ground ginger |
2 | ts | California Style Blend Minced Garlic |
1 | tb | Vegetable oil |
1 | lb | Boneless pork, cut in thin strips |
1/4 | lb | Snow peas, trimmed |
1 | Red pepper, chopped | |
3 | Green onions, sliced |
In a medium boiwl, combine cornstarch, orange juice, soy sauce, ginger, and Garlic. Set aside.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork and stir-fry 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Add vegetables; stir-fry 3-5 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
Pour orange juice mixture over pork and vegetables. Cook until thickened. Serve over rice, if desired.
Makes 4 servings.
