16 | oz | Can drained garbanzo beans or chick peas |
2 | Avocados, peeled and sliced | |
2/3 | c | Prepared Italian dressing |
Lettuce leaves | ||
2 | tb | Sliced black olives |
2 | tb | Pimiento strips |
In a small mixing bowl, pour dressing over beans and avocados. Chill in refrigerator for 15 minutes or until ready to serve. To serve, arrange vegetables on lettuce leaves. Garnish with olives and pimiento,
