Title: Bbq Bob's Confetti Slaw

Yield: 6 Servings
1 | Head green cabbage, chopped | |
1 | Large carrot, chopped | |
1/2 | Red onion, chopped | |
1 | Sweet red pepper, diced | |
1 | Sweet yellow pepper, diced | |
DRESSING | ||
2 | c | Miracle Whip Salad Dressing |
1/8 | c | Dijon mustard |
1/4 | c | Red wine vinegar |
2 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | c | Sugar |
In food processor, add cabbage, carrot, and red onion. Process until fine. Remove, set aside in large bowl. Dice peppers with a knife, fairly fine. Add to cabbage mixture. In food processor, add dressing ingredients. Process until smooth. Pour over cabbage mixture. Use your hands to mix the whole thing up. Serve. (Wash hands first!)
