Title: Roz Me-Ammar 2 (Baked Rice Pudding)

1/2 | c | Cream of rice |
1 1/2 | tb | Cornstarch |
1 1/4 | c | Sugar |
4 | c | Full cream milk |
1 | tb | Unsalted butter |
2 | ts | Rose water |
1 | Eggs | |
1/2 | c | Raisins and pine nuts, mixed cinnamon powder |
Mix all of the ingredients together except the raisins and pine nuts. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from the heat, pour into a serving dish, and garnish with raisins and pine nuts. Sprinkle a little cinnamon over the surface.
