Title: Roasted Red Potatoes

2 | lb | Mini red potatoes |
3 | tb | EX virgin olive oil |
2 | tb | Fresh sage leaves |
Salt & freshly ground pepper | ||
12 | Garlic cloves, root end | |

Preheat BBQ. In a bowl, toss potatoes with oil, sage and salt & pepper. Roast for 20 minutes. Add garlic cloves and roast 20 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender and garlic has softened.
Serves 6.
