1 | tb | Chopped fresh oregano leaves |
2 | ts | Chopped fresh thyme leaves |
1/4 | c | Chopped fresh parsley |
3 | tb | Dry milk |
2 | tb | Sugar |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 1/2 | ts | Yeast |
2 LB LOAF | ||
1 1/2 | c | Water |
2 | tb | Butter or Margarine |
4 1/4 | c | Bread flour |
2 | ts | Chopped fresh sage leaves |
1 | tb | Plus 1 ts chopped fresh |
Basil leaves | ||
1 | tb | Plus 1 ts chopped fresh |
Oregano leaves | ||
2 | ts | Chopped fresh thyme leaves |
1/4 | c | Chopped fresh parsley |
1/4 | c | Dry milk |

Place on the ingredients in the bread machine and select basic white cycle.
Use medium or light crust colour. It is recommended to use a bread pan with
9 cups or larger for the 1 1/2 pound loaf. Yeast amount is correct though
