1 1/2 | ts | Dried oregano leaves |
1 3/4 | ts | Yeast |
2/3 | c | Sliced pepperoni |
2 LB LOAF | ||
1 1/3 | c | Water |
4 | c | Bread flour |
1/2 | c | Shredded mozzarella cheese |
2 | tb | Sugar |
2 | ts | Dried oregano leaves |
1 1/2 | ts | Yeast* |
1 | c | Sliced pepperoni |
Place all ingredients in bread machine except pepperoni. Add pepperoni in
when raisin/nut signal or 5 to 10 minutes before last kneading cycle ends
Select basic/white bread cycle and use medium or light crust. Yeast amount
is correct although proportionately less than the smaller loaf From New
