3/4cSugar
3tbLime juice
1 1/2tsFresh mint; chopped
3/4tsAniseed
 pnSalt
5cWatermelon; cubed
3cCantaloupe; cubed
3cHoneydew melon; cubed
2cPeach slices
1cFresh blueberries

In a small saucepan, bring the first six ingredients to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes; remove from the heat. Cover and cool syrup completely.
