Title: Merryfield Apple Cake

3cFlour
2cSugar
1cOil
1tsBaking soda
1tsSalt
2tsVanilla
3 Eggs
3cApples
1cNuts, walnuts
1/2cRaisins
  Powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 325. Grease well and flour 2 8" square pans (or 1 9"x13") Chop raisins, peel and dice apples. In large bowl with mixer at low speed, mix well first 7 ingredients, constantly scraping bowl. Beat 3 more minutes, occasionally scraping bowl. Stir in apples, nuts and raisins. Spread in pans.
