8 1/4 | oz | Unpeeled Apricot Halves; Drained |
1 | c | Dairy Sour Cream |
1/4 | c | Honey |
1 | tb | Lemon Juice |
1 | ds | Salt |
Put all of the ingredients into a blender container and blend until smooth. Chill, if desired.
Makes 1 3/4 cups.
