Title: Mushroom Brunch Rice

14 1/2flLow-Sodium Chicken Broth
1cAM White Indian Basmati Rice
1 Bay leaf
1cSliced mushrooms
  Sea salt to taste (optional)

Bring broth to a boil. Add other ingredients. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 20-25 minutes. Remove bay leaf and serve.
