Title: Carob Cinnamon Cake

1 | c | Honey |
3 | tb | Unrefined vegetable oil |
4 | md | Eggs |
2 | ts | Vanilla |
1 | c | Milk or water |
2 1/4 | c | AM Multi Blend Flour OR- AM Whole Wheat Flour |
3 | ts | Non-alum baking powder |
1/2 | ts | Sea salt (optional) |
2 | tb | Ground cinnamon |
4 | tb | Carob powder |
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Measure honey into large mixing bowl, add vegetable oil and mix. Add eggs and blend with a spoon. Mix in vanilla and add milk or water well. Mix all dry ingredients to liquids, stirring constantly.
Grease and flour bundt pan or 13" x 9" cake pan. Pour batter into pan and top with 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Bake at 350 F. for 30-35 minutes.
